Regenified Accounting RoleThis role runs the day to day accounting for Regenified across our US and UK entities. It covers the monthly close, accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll coordination, and the reporting that leadership uses to make decisions.The company is small and the finance function is still being built, so the work is broad and hands on. You will not be boxed into one lane.ResponsibilitiesRun the monthly close across both entities, including reconciliations, journal entries, accruals, and accurate financial statementsOwn Accounts Receivable end to end: invoicing, collections, and keeping aging under controlProcess Accounts Payable, run payment cycles, and manage vendor queriesCoordinate payroll through Deel and make sure it lands accurately and on time in both jurisdictionsKeep QuickBooks clean and current, including chart of accounts maintenance and transaction codingAdminister expense management in Ramp, chasing receipts, coding, and policy complianceProduce monthly management reporting and variance analysis against budgetSupport the budgeting and re-forecasting cycle with reliable actuals and clear inputsPrepare schedules and workpapers for external tax advisors and auditorsSupport statutory and compliance filings in the US and UKTake on ad hoc analysis and finance projects as they come up, such as system improvements, pricing or cost analysis, and audit preparationQualificationsActive CPA licenseQuickBooks Online experience, ideally in a multi-entity or multi-currency environment5+ years in an accounting role with full ownership of close and reconciliationsExperience and confidence in running collectionsAbility to work without established process and to build process where it is missingClear written communication with non-finance colleaguesCompetence with AI tools in day to day workUseful but not required: exposure to agriculture, food and beverage, or professional servicesWhy You’ll Love it HereMake a Difference: Your work supports the producers rebuilding soil health and the land they farm.High-Ownership Role: You will own the books end to end, not a section of them.Mission-Driven Team: A small team with a shared purpose.Competitive Compensation & Benefits: Base salary of $65,000 to $80,000 based on experience, unlimited PTO, and 100% premium coverage for medical, dental, and vision, with partial coverage for dependents.Career Growth: The finance function is still being built.
