We are seeking a dependable Production Associate / Construction Laborer with recent hands-on construction experience and proficiency using power tools and hand tools . This role involves assembling ductwork components, moving materials, performing quality inspections, and preparing finished products for shipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

We are seeking a dependable Production Associate / Construction Laborer with recent hands-on construction experience and proficiency using power tools and hand tools . This role involves assembling ductwork components, moving materials, performing quality inspections, and preparing finished products for shipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Load and unload raw materials and finished products within the facility.
- Assemble ductwork parts and components using hand tools and power tools.
- Prepare completed products for shipment and customer delivery.
- Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards and proper fit are met.
- Package, label, and stage completed ductwork for delivery.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA and company standards.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines.
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
- Recent hands-on construction experience is required.
- Experience using a variety of power tools and hand tools .
- Background in construction, carpentry, HVAC, fabrication, general labor, or handyman work preferred.
- Ability to read and follow work instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move materials throughout the shift.
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
- Ability to work safely in a production and warehouse environment.
