About the Role
The Company is seeking a Dean for its School of Professional Advancement. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing innovative leadership in all aspects of the school's operation, including academic affairs, administration and planning, student recruitment and career placement, enrollment management, financial aid, financial management, and institutional advancement. The Dean will be expected to build on the school's strong foundation and national reputation, with a focus on industry-aligned, distinctive professional programs that serve a diverse population of adult learners. Scholarly and pedagogical skills, as well as strategic, inspirational, and consensus-building abilities, are essential for this role. Applicants for the Dean position at the company's School of Professional Advancement should have a proven track record in a leadership role within an academic or professional setting. The role requires a leader who can effectively manage a large and diverse student body, faculty, and staff, and who is committed to the mission of transforming lives through education. The ideal candidate will have experience in program development, and a deep understanding of the needs and challenges of adult learners.
