Construction Site Manager
Job Description
Run and maintain a successful commercial project day to day. Run OAC Meetings and tool box talks. Coordinate with sub-contractors, architects, engineers, owners and PM on job. Update project milestones and schedule. Manage or support the change management process, by updating logs, routing source documents to vendors, obtaining pricing, developing estimates and proposals, wiring change orders and other related activities. Establish, monitor, communicate, and maintain project schedules utilizing contemporary scheduling software. Maintain and regularly produce reports utilizing a combination of Procore Project Management Software and the Microsoft Office programs.
The Successful Applicant
7+ years of experience in commercial construction. 4 year degree; construction management, engineering, architecture or similar (Preferred). Experience working on interior renovations up to $1M to $5M With Class A Finishes. 3 + years leading commercial construction projects. Ground Up Project experience (REQUIRED). Ability to cover Broward and Palm Beach County.
