What You'll Do:

• Provide expert neonatal intensive care in a Level III NICU environment
• Collaborate with a team of Neonatologists and pediatric specialists
• Utilize advanced therapies like HFOV, HFJV, nitric oxide, and hypothermia
• Work in a family-centered single-family room NICU setting
• Participate in continuous quality improvement and clinical research projects
• Coordinate neonatal transfers with dedicated transport teams
• Focus exclusively on NICU patients; no nursery coverage required

What You Need:

• Valid medical license in Virginia or eligible
• Board Certified or Eligible in Neonatology
• Experience in a Level III NICU preferred
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
