Shift: Office hours 8:00 AM 4:00 PM; Call hours 24/7 (1 in 4 call ratio)

License/Certifications: Valid Virginia Medical License, Board Certified/Eligible in OB/GYN

What You'll Do:

• Provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care in an outpatient and hospital setting
• Manage low and high-risk pregnancies, including ultrasounds, fetal monitoring, and labor & delivery
• Perform routine OB procedures: IUD insertions, ultrasounds, screenings, and deliveries
• Conduct gynecological procedures: colposcopy, LEEP, cystoscopy, minor surgeries
• Collaborate with a team of physicians, midwives, and support staff
• Document patient encounters accurately in electronic medical records (EPIC)
• Ensure patient safety and quality care standards are maintained throughout

What You Need:

• Valid Virginia Medical License and DEA certification
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in OB/GYN
• At least [X] years of OB/GYN experience preferred
• Strong clinical skills in low and high-risk obstetrics, gynecology, and surgical procedures
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
