Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients' musculoskeletal health and needs, utilizing advanced evaluative techniques to create precise treatment plans.
• Design and implement customized physical therapy interventions based on each patient's unique condition, goals, and improvement potential.
• Maintain and update detailed records of patient progress, making necessary adjustments to therapy plans to achieve optimal outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clinic specializes in treating a diverse patient population with various orthopedic conditions, including post-surgical rehabilitation, sports injuries, chronic pain, and degenerative disorders. Qualifications

• A Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• An active state license to practice as a Physical Therapist, ensuring compliance with New Jersey regulatory standards.
• A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in physical therapy, with a strong emphasis on orthopedic care and rehabilitation.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $110,000 to $130,000 per year, commensurate with experience, along with full benefits including health, dental, and vision insurance.
