Job Summary Prescient Holdings Group (PHG) is a healthcare company that provides pharmaceutical management solutions to payers, patients, and providers. We are seeking an Account Executive III within Client Services to develop and execute strategies that build and maintain strong, positive client relationships, ensuring satisfaction, growth, and retention. The role focuses on large and/or complex clients, collaborates across business units, supports sales, and oversees client implementations. Key Responsibilities Manage book of business to achieve fiscal revenue targets. Develop and lead the annual strategic plan for assigned accounts, addressing client lifecycle from implementation through ongoing service and financial growth. Ensure high client satisfaction and retention by leading service teams and meeting service goals. Utilize PHG forums and resources to address client needs, escalating issues when appropriate. Provide timely feedback on strategic plan performance and outcomes to management. Oversee projects and client initiatives, ensuring contract deliverables are met on time. Manage the client renewal process, collaborate with sales to develop proposals and pricing terms. Support implementation processes, including oversight of contract terms and lifecycle management. Build internal relationships with the account service matrix and PHG subject‑matter experts. Lead business‑planning meetings, executive briefings, and strategy discussions. Maintain proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint and internal web‑based tools. Assist in sales and prospect presentations. Provide accurate and timely reports and payments to clients. Resolve disputes and navigate client issues with internal teams. Coach and mentor junior Account Executives. Qualifications BS/BA and 11+ years of experience (or equivalent combination) with at least 8 years as a subject‑matter expert in pharmacy benefits management, managed care, or related healthcare domain. Intermediate–advanced proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Outlook). Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and presentation skills. Excellent communication, writing, and public‑presentation abilities. Analytical skills with experience using reporting tools and databases. Knowledge of healthcare products and contracts preferred. Ability to define problems, collect data, draw conclusions, and solve practical problems. Mathematical skills: applying fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions. Acquaintance with writing reports, correspondence, and procedure manuals.
