Our client, a leading organization in the automotive industry, is seeking a dedicated and empathetic Call Center Customer Service Representative to join their team. As a vital part of the Customer Support Department supporting customer engagement initiatives, the ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, a customer-centric mindset, and the ability to build trust quickly, which will align successfully within the organization.

Location: Remote

Pay Range: $25.00

Shift: Monday to Friday, 8AM - 5PM PST

What's the Job?

• Engage with customers who have experienced multiple dealership visits to acknowledge their experience and provide support
• Confirm and update customer contact information accurately within Salesforce CRM
• Explain goodwill assistance programs and set clear expectations for next steps
• Identify and address any remaining customer concerns through active listening and empathy
• Document customer interactions thoroughly and follow established processes for follow-up

• Strong customer-facing experience, preferably in contact centers, customer care, or escalation environments
• Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills
• Ability to handle difficult or emotionally charged interactions professionally and empathetically
• Critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
• High attention to detail and ability to work independently following guidelines
