Financial Analyst

Role: Senior FP&A Associate in a healthcare organization. Responsibilities: Produce daily and weekly reports for business leaders, enhancing automation and reporting tools. Conduct detailed variance analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, presenting insights to senior leadership. Analyze financial statements including P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow reports on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. Develop and maintain complex financial models for budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and scenario analysis. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting. Over 4 years of FP&A experience, preferably within a multi-location healthcare setting. Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau). Strong financial modeling skills and advanced proficiency in Excel. Key Attributes: Analytical mindset, attention to detail, ability to communicate complex financial insights, and proficiency with financial tools and systems. #J-18808-Ljbffr
