Refine Delete, Access, and Portability (DAP) operational playbook that includes a BRD, processes, RACI, technology architecture for a new member of the Privacy Operations team AND any new business owner tasked with on boarding into the DAP work stream for inclusion into the existing DAP automated systems.
7 to 10 years' experience as a Technical Writer.

- Business Requirements Document (BRD)
- DES GDPR Operations wiki updates since MVP creation a. Delete processing Operational Functions i. How to get access to different systems used by Privacy Ops ii. How to login to SNow and access GDPR tickets iii. Triage Process Flow documentation iv. Update and articulate delete function in GOLD (formerly through Trinity) and Cvent v. Update Trinity process for Corporate users to include Trinity à GOLD migration effort in FY20 vi. Escalation process and matrix
- Privacy Program DAP On boarding wiki updates since MVP creation moved to Privacy Program Sharepoint site a. DAP Detailed Guidance i. Delete processing 1. Delete process implementation for new products / systems a. How to onboard b. How to create an API to integrate with Forge Notification System c. User types i. Definitions ii. Requirements iii. Identification d. Guidance on best practices for users to create delete processing function within product/system e. How to prepare for an Internal Audit ii. Access / Portability 1. Requirements for Access and Portablity 2. Scope and Implementation of Trinity à GOLD migration 3. Access/Portability implementation for new products / systems a. Scope of download b. How to onboard c. What is needed to integrate into existing Download report portal d. What are the categories of reports that are produced e. How to receive additional personal data collected not included in the report f. How does the Download report portal work?
