Job Description Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with business stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements for system enhancements or new technology implementations. Systems Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of existing systems, processes, and workflows to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement. Solution Design: Work closely with technical teams to design and propose solutions that align with business requirements, considering factors such as feasibility, scalability, and cost-effectiveness. Documentation: Prepare comprehensive documentation including functional specifications, user stories, process flows, and technical requirements to support development, testing, and implementation activities. Stakeholder Management: Establish strong relationships with business users, IT teams, and external vendors to facilitate effective communication, manage expectations, and ensure alignment of goals and objectives. Testing and Quality Assurance: Develop test plans, conduct system testing, and collaborate with users to ensure that delivered solutions meet the specified requirements and quality standards. Change Management: Support the implementation of new systems or system enhancements by providing training, user support, and documentation to ensure smooth transition and adoption.
