Key Responsibilities\n

• Design and deliver personalized mindfulness-based interventions, including Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), tailored to meet the individual needs of clients.

• Conduct thorough initial assessments to identify client's mental health challenges, stressors, and personal growth goals, with a focus on developing effective treatment plans.

• Guide clients through mindfulness exercises, meditation, and breathing techniques, equipping them with skills to enhance their self-awareness and emotional regulation.

• Facilitate engaging group workshops and classes that cover mindfulness practices, stress management, and resilience-building strategies to help participants thrive.

• Integrate mindfulness practices into individual therapy sessions, addressing unique mental health dilemmas while supporting clients in achieving their therapeutic objectives.

• Collaborate closely with fellow therapists and healthcare providers to weave mindfulness practices into a holistic treatment approach tailored to each client's needs.

• Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of client progress, mindfulness interventions, and treatment plans to track outcomes and inform future sessions.

• Engage in continuous personal mindfulness practice and seek ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance your understanding and application of mindfulness in therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily serve a diverse clientele facing mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, stress-related disorders, and life transitions. Your approach will be client-centered, focusing on promoting emotional well-being and teaching coping strategies to navigate life's challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Current licensure as an LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT in Massachusetts is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
