Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and mental health evaluations to understand your clients' unique challenges and develop tailored treatment plans.

• Provide individual therapy sessions employing various therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based approaches.

• Collaborate with clients to establish specific, measurable therapeutic goals, and regularly review and adjust those goals based on their progress.

• Offer both in-person and teletherapy options, ensuring accessibility for clients who may face geographical or physical barriers to traditional counseling.

• Maintain comprehensive and timely documentation in accordance with ethical and regulatory standards to ensure best practices in client privacy and care.

• Participate in ongoing training and professional development activities to refine clinical skills and remain informed about the latest trends in mental health treatment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be working with a diverse array of clients, ranging from adolescents to adults, each facing unique mental health challenges. Our client population includes individuals seeking therapy for anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma recovery, and behavioral concerns. Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license in Massachusetts as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Master’s degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• Strong empathy and a non-judgmental attitude to effectively support clients in their varying experiences and challenges.

• Excellent organizational skills to efficiently manage caseloads and ensure adherence to treatment timelines.
