Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to understand clients' mental health concerns, utilizing standardized evaluation tools and intake interviews.

• Formulate clinically sound diagnoses and develop individualized treatment plans that are tailored to each client's unique goals and needs.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions using varied evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and mindfulness-based approaches.

• Offer crisis intervention in urgent mental health situations, employing quick assessment and intervention strategies to stabilize clients.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records, ensuring compliance with all ethical and legal standards in documentation, including treatment plans and progress notes.

• Collaborate effectively in interdisciplinary teams to deliver holistic care and ensure the best outcomes for clients, facilitating regular meetings and case discussions.

Qualifications\n

• Active mental health licensure in Massachusetts (LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW) is required.

• A minimum of two years of related experience working in a clinical setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 85,000 – 100,000, commensurate with experience, along with a competitive sign-on bonus.
