Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations of clients through initial assessments and follow-up consultations to gauge their mental health status, coping mechanisms, and overall well-being.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Mental Health Counselor at Healing Trails, you will predominantly work with a diverse clientele, including individuals grappling with mental health disorders, trauma, addiction, and life transitions. Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license as an LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW in the state of Massachusetts.

• A minimum of four years of clinical experience working with patients across a spectrum of mental health disorders.

• A deep understanding of evidence-based treatment approaches, along with strong crisis intervention skills and problem-solving capabilities in high-pressure situations.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients from varied cultural backgrounds.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
