Work Environment\n

This role is conducted in a remote telehealth setting, offering flexibility while connecting with clients through secure, confidential online platforms. Our innovative approach allows you to reach clients who may otherwise face barriers to accessing mental health services, such as transportation issues or stigma surrounding in-person visits. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of professionals, leveraging their expertise while working independently to design and implement therapy strategies.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to tailor individualized treatment plans that address your clients' unique mental health needs.

• Provide evidence-based therapy services using a variety of modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques, to treat a range of mental health issues.

• Collaborate closely with case managers, psychiatrists, and other healthcare providers to ensure a coordinated approach to care, enhancing client outcomes and overall service effectiveness.

• Offer crisis intervention as needed, employing your clinical skills to support clients during acute emotional distress or emergencies, using a calm and empathetic approach.

• Engage in community outreach initiatives designed to promote mental health awareness, challenge stigma, and improve understanding of available mental health resources.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• Must hold an independent and active license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Master's degree or Doctorate in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish trust and rapport with clients, fostering a therapeutic relationship.

• Demonstrated ability to work with diverse populations, exhibiting cultural competence and sensitivity to the varying needs of clients.

• Strong organizational skills in managing caseloads, completing documentation, and adhering to program deadlines.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 100,000 per year , commensurate with your experience and credentials.
