Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct culturally sensitive and strength-based assessments for new patients and their families, establishing a solid foundation for personalized therapy.

• Provide tailored individual and family therapy sessions in accordance with the specific needs of clients, adapting your therapeutic approaches as required.
\n
• Complete essential documentation, including billing, clinical notes, individualized treatment plans, and insurance authorization forms in a timely manner.
\n
• Develop crisis plans and safety plans for clients in crisis, as well as relapse prevention and wellness plans to support stable functioning.
\n
• Craft comprehensive discharge plans, ensuring clients transition effectively out of care.
\n
• Adhere to all federal and state laws, regulatory requirements, and organizational policies, maintaining the highest ethical standards in practice.

• Engage in continuous professional development by attending training and educational workshops to enhance your skills and knowledge base.
\n
• Contribute to case consultations and participate actively in agency meetings to foster teamwork and knowledge sharing.
\n
• Ensure timely completion of licensing requirements and mandatory training to maintain your credentials and skill levels.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents, and adults facing various mental health challenges. By employing a culturally sensitive approach, you will help dismantle barriers to effective care, ensuring that clients from all backgrounds feel supported and understood.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or a related field that qualifies for licensure.

• Current Licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LMHC, LMFT, LICSW) in the state of Massachusetts.

• Experience providing telehealth services is highly desirable, as it showcases proficiency in using digital platforms for patient care.

Compensation and Benefits\n
