Job Description THE RIGHT STAFF is partnering with a respected engineering and manufacturing company to hire an Estimator for their Plymouth, MN location. This is a great opportunity for someone with estimating experience in manufacturing, industrial construction, fabrication, or engineered equipment environments. Essential Job Duties Develop material and labor estimates for customer proposals Prepare material take-offs from drawings and equipment data sheets Support proposal scheduling and project planning efforts Review blueprints, specifications, and technical drawings Assist with change order estimates on active projects Track material costs, vendor pricing, and lead times Compare project performance against original estimates to improve accuracy Minimum Requirements 2- or 4-year degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Construction Technology preferred Prior estimating experience preferred Experience in manufacturing or industrial construction highly desired Strong blueprint and technical drawing interpretation skills Proficiency with Microsoft Excel Experience with estimating and scheduling software is a plus Strong organizational and communication skills Position Benefits, Location, Pay & Schedule: Plymouth, MN (100% Onsite) Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM Full-time, direct-hire opportunity Salary: $70,000-$100,000+ Comprehensive benefits package included!
