Regulatory Compliance Analyst/ Project Coordinator

The ideal candidate is a hands-on analyst who combines strong data and technology skills with excellent organization and project coordination abilities. They do not need to be a regulatory compliance expert or senior-level developer, but should be comfortable learning new systems, working with data, coordinating across teams, and using technology to make compliance and business processes more efficient. Regulatory Compliance Analyst / Project Coordinator We are seeking a highly organized and technically proficient Regulatory Compliance Analyst / Project Coordinator to support regulatory compliance, audit management, data analysis, and operational improvement initiatives. This role will combine business analysis, reporting, data management, process improvement, and project coordination . The successful candidate will help organize regulatory and operational information, develop dashboards and reporting solutions, track audit activities and corrective actions, and coordinate projects across multiple business functions. The ideal candidate is comfortable working with data and technology while also being highly organized and able to work effectively with business, engineering, operations, safety, environmental, and compliance stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Support the development and maintenance of centralized repositories for regulatory, operational, engineering, safety, and audit-related documentation using SharePoint and other enterprise platforms. Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and data models to support compliance tracking, audit readiness, operational performance, and program reporting. Perform data analysis, database queries, data validation, and reporting across multiple business systems and data sources. Assist with the development and optimization of automated workflows using Microsoft Power Platform , including Power Automate and Power Apps. Use Microsoft Copilot, AI tools, and advanced analytics to support data collection, document review, reporting, trend identification, and process improvement. Support digital solutions that improve document management, records retention, evidence tracking, and information organization . Coordinate with Engineering, Operations, Environmental, Safety, Cybersecurity, and Compliance teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and automation . Assist with developing program metrics, dashboards, reporting processes, and governance practices . Track audit requests, evidence collection, findings, corrective actions, project milestones, and deliverables . Support internal and external audits through data analysis, documentation, evidence organization, reporting, and stakeholder coordination . Prepare project status updates, reports, and presentations for business and compliance stakeholders. Assist with evaluating new technologies and tools that can improve business intelligence, compliance processes, operational efficiency, and decision-making . Provide general project coordination and follow-up to help ensure initiatives are completed on schedule. Required Qualifications 3+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Compliance, Audit Management, Project Coordination, or a related field. Strong experience with Power BI , including dashboard development, reporting, and data modeling. Working knowledge of SharePoint and experience organizing business information and documentation. Experience with SQL, database querying, data analysis, and data validation . Experience developing or supporting data-driven business solutions, dashboards, reporting tools, or workflow automation . Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with both technical and business stakeholders. Ability to manage multiple priorities, track deliverables, and follow projects through completion. Preferred Qualifications Experience with Microsoft Power Platform , including Power Automate and/or Power Apps. Experience with Microsoft Copilot, AI-enabled workflow solutions, or other automation technologies . Experience supporting regulatory compliance, audits, corrective actions, or governance programs . Experience in the utility, energy, environmental, safety, reliability, or regulatory compliance industry. Experience working with large or complex datasets and information repositories.
