American Eagle Ready Mix | Full-Time

American Eagle Ready Mix is looking for a detail-oriented  Billing Specialist to join our growing  Quanta Concrete Solutions (QCS)team. This position is responsible for preparing and processing customer invoices for ready-mix concrete supplied to QCS projects while ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with customer requirements.

What You'll Do

• Prepare and process customer invoices accurately and on time.
• Verify ready-mix concrete deliveries, trucking, labor, materials, and other billable items prior to invoicing.
• Review delivery tickets, purchase orders, timecards, and supporting documentation for completeness.
• Resolve billing discrepancies with Project Managers, Dispatch, Operations, Accounting, and customers.
• Process contract-specific billing, including time & material, unit-price, and progress billings.
• Maintain accurate billing records and supporting documentation.
• Monitor billing deadlines to ensure timely invoicing.
• Respond to customer billing inquiries professionally and efficiently.
• Assist with month-end billing activities and provide documentation to support collections when needed.
• Help identify opportunities to improve billing processes and accuracy.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum of two (2) years of billing, accounts receivable, or accounting experience preferred.
• Experience in ready-mix concrete, trucking, logistics, construction materials, or project billing is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Experience with NetSuite or similar ERP/accounting software is preferred.

Schedule

• Full-Time
• Monday – Friday
• Occasional overtime during month-end close or peak workload periods.
