About the Role

The Company is in search of a Vice President of Sales to spearhead nationwide sales growth within the hospitality market. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a network of independent multi-line representatives, developing new business with designers, purchasing groups, and hospitality clients, and representing the brand at key industry events. This senior sales leadership role demands a seasoned professional with a deep understanding of the hospitality lighting space, including the ability to build and manage rep networks, navigate custom specification projects, and foster trust-based relationships that drive long-term revenue. Applicants for the VP Sales position at the company should have a minimum of 5 years' national sales leadership experience with a custom hospitality supplier or a closely related manufacturer. The role requires a proven track record in managing independent multi-line sales representatives, strong hospitality industry relationships, and experience in supporting sales-focused marketing initiatives. While not mandatory, experience in the lighting industry is a plus, and familiarity with custom specification processes is highly valued. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, and be willing to travel approximately 40% of the time, including attendance at key industry trade shows and client visits nationwide.
