We are seeking dedicated and hardworking Construction Workers to join our team in Richmond, VA. Responsibilities- Assist in the construction, renovation, and maintenance of various structures.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
- Operate hand and power tools effectively and safely.
- Load and unload materials and equipment as needed.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively to complete tasks.
- Perform physical labor, including lifting, digging, and carrying materials.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Report any safety hazards or concerns to supervisors immediately.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in construction or a related field is a plus.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects.
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and take direction from supervisors.
- Valid driver's license is a plus.
