Oversee multiple projects simultaneously. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting. Lead project teams, subcontractors, consultants, and vendors. Conduct client meetings and maintain client relationships. Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies. Review drawings, specifications, and construction documents. Coordinate procurement and subcontractor buyout activities. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field. Experience managing commercial construction projects from preconstruction through project completion. Experience overseeing multiple projects simultaneously. Strong leadership and team management skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills. Proficiency with construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Knowledge of contract administration and project delivery methods. Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and industry best practices. Knowledge of change order management and cost control procedures. Ability to develop and maintain project schedules.
