Are you a Medical Assistant looking for a flexible, long-term opportunity in a high-end plastic surgery practice? We're partnering with a well-established office on Long Island seeking a personable, organized, and patient-focused Medical Assistant to join their team.

Position Details

• Part-Time
• Guaranteed minimum of 3 days per week
• Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays
• 1-2 Saturdays per month
• Typical hours: 8:30 AM - 5:00/6:00 PM

Responsibilities

• ✅ Schedule appointments and coordinate patient visits across multiple platforms
• ✅ Support providers with patient flow and administrative tasks
• ✅ Deliver an exceptional patient experience from consultation through follow-up
• ✅ Assist with Medical Assistant duties and patient care activities
• ✅ Communicate professionally with patients and clinical staff
• ✅ Help ensure a smooth, personalized experience for every patient

Qualifications

• ✔️ 1-2 years of Medical Assistant experience
• ✔️ Strong customer service and patient care skills
• ✔️ Experience with appointment scheduling and multitasking
• ✔️ Knowledge of medical terminology
• ✔️ Experience in plastic surgery, dermatology, aesthetics, or a med spa is highly preferred
• ✔️ Professional communication skills and a positive attitude
• ✔️ Looking for a long-term, part-time opportunity

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Woodbury, NY.

The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $30.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
