Technical Sales Representative

Sika is looking for a Territory Sales Representative Subfloor Prep and Flooring Adhesives Solutions

Were seeking a motivated Territory Sales Representative to drive growth build relationships and expand our market presence.

What Youll Do

• Grow sales and hit targets by developing strong partnerships with contractors distributors specifiers and key influencers.

• Promote innovation by introducing and demonstrating our latest tile and flooring solutions through jobsite visits hands-on demos and professional presentations.

• Generate new business with specifications cold calls and contractor engagement.

• Strengthen relationships with key customers and prospects ensuring outstanding service.

• Plan and execute territory sales strategies and budgets for sustainable growth.

• Leverage technology with daily Salesforce CRM updates to manage pipelines and activities.

• Support quality assurance by reporting product feedback and coordinating solutions with our Technical Service team.

What Were Looking For

• Proven sales experience in construction materials adhesives flooring or related industries.

• Strong relationship-building skills and a track record of growing business.

• Confidence in presenting and demonstrating products in both technical and hands-on settings.

• Self-starter with excellent organizational and territory management skills.

• Comfortable with CRM systems (Salesforce experience a plus).

Qualifications :

• Minimum 5 years outside sales experience with proven success;
• Extensive experience with Tile and Stone Installation Systems including tiles adhesives tiles grouts thin-sets and subfloor preparation in commercial & residential applications
• Ability to conduct effective product presentations and hands-on demonstrations
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 package as well as Salesforce CRM.
• Understanding of architectural specifications and construction design elements
• High level of personal motivation and strong business integrity.
• Adaptability to relate to and interact with customers and business influencers.
• Must possess a valid drivers license and a clean driving record
• Willing to travel up to posted geographic amount with some overnight stays;
