We are currently looking for a high-energy, ethical, and motivated Accounting Staff to contribute to our growing and inspired team.

Responsibilities For Accounting Staff:

• Learns the various software programs essential to the Accounting Department
• Learns office etiquette and professionalism
• Learns the Firm's policies and procedures
• Develops efficient work habits (accuracy, timeliness, and organization)
• Client contact increases as experience is gained and knowledge increases
• Begins to train other accounting staff prior to advancement
• Completes tasks relating to recurring and annual accounting, bank reconciliation, payroll, sales tax, preparation of financial statements, and other tasks as needed

Requirements For Accounting Staff:

• 1+ years' experience (preferred)
• Bachelor's degree in accounting required
• CPA (or working towards CPA)
• Hardworking and positive attitude
• Ability and willingness to learn
• Adaptable, assertive and takes initiative
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Desire to grow within the firm
