Must work on the AM shift M-F 8am-4pm for their first week.

Regular Schedule:

Tuesday - Friday: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM
Saturday: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused Turret Operator to join our warehouse team in Greenfield, Indiana. This position operates in a freezer/cold storage environment and plays a key role in accurate order fulfillment and inventory movement. Proper personal protective equipment (PPE) will be provided to ensure safety and comfort in cold conditions.

Key Responsibilities

Operate a turret truck to pick, move, and store materials within the warehouse
Accurately pull and stage orders based on pick lists or RF scanner instructions
Load and unload products from racks at various heights
Perform routine equipment inspections and report any maintenance issues
Maintain inventory accuracy and assist with cycle counts as needed
Follow all safety procedures, especially those related to cold storage environments
Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards
Work efficiently to meet productivity and quality standards

Qualifications

Previous turret truck forklift experience required.
Ability to work in a cold/freezer environment for extended periods
Comfortable working at heights
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to follow directions and work independently or as part of a team
Basic warehouse and RF scanner experience is a plus

Physical Requirements

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed
Standing, bending, and reaching throughout the shift
Working in refrigerated temperatures with provided PPE
