Business Systems Analyst

Location: Remote

Rate: $75-80 an hour

The role involves senior-level operational leadership for People Systems operations, focusing on HRIS production support, backlog management, operational governance, and collaboration across Workday and related platforms.

Key responsibilities include managing HRIS intake, production support, Workday security, release management, enhancements, operational governance, reporting, audit, and controls.

Required experience includes:

• 8+ years in Workday configuration and support, strong functional knowledge, project management, and stakeholder collaboration.
• 8+ years in HRIS/People System operations in complex or regulated environments
• Hands on experience with change control, UAT, release coordination, and incident escalation
• Experience partnering with HR COEs, IT, vendors, and program teams
