Job Title

Location Type: Refractory / Industrial Consumables Supplier Industry Focus: Steel Mills, Foundries, High-Temperature Manufacturing Compensation Range: $140k+ Total

Other Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience within the steel, foundry, refractory, electrode, or related industrial market required
Must be located in Pennsylvania or a neighboring state
Home-based position with 50-70% travel throughout the assigned territory
Strong preference for candidates with iron, steel, foundry, refractory, or high-temperature process knowledge
Responsible for managing existing accounts while aggressively developing new business opportunities
Must be comfortable selling technical products and solutions rather than commodity products
Experience calling on steel mills, foundries, and heavy industrial manufacturers highly preferred
Responsible for the full sales cycle including prospecting, quoting, customer visits, forecasting, CRM management, and account growth
Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and problem-solving skills required
Technical sales experience involving process improvement, operations support, or engineered products is a significant plus
