Job Description
The Full Charge Bookkeeper will manage all aspects of the accounting process to ensure accurate financial records for the company. This role requires strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with a preference for candidates who have experience in a law firm environment. The position is fully in office and requires reliable transportation.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and update financial records and ledgers
- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts
- Prepare and submit financial reports as needed
- Manage payroll processing and reporting
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards
- Coordinate with external accountants and auditors
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a law firm environment
- Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Reliable transportation and ability to commute to the office daily
