Pay Rate: $27.00 - $30.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

This opportunity is ideal for a driven recruiting professional who enjoys connecting top talent with great career opportunities. In this role, you'll manage the full recruitment lifecycle while partnering with hiring managers to support business growth. Education Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of recruiting, staffing, or talent acquisition experience
• Experience sourcing and screening candidates across multiple industries preferred
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting platforms

Job Duties

• Create and post job advertisements on multiple recruiting platforms
• Source, screen, and evaluate qualified candidates
• Coordinate interviews and maintain communication throughout the hiring process
• Partner with hiring managers to develop hiring strategies and interview questions
• Conduct interviews and reference checks
• Prepare and extend employment offers
• Maintain accurate recruiting records and applicant data
• Provide timely updates to candidates and hiring teams
• Represent the company at job fairs, hiring events, and networking opportunities

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience supporting multiple departments or executive staff is beneficial.
• Experience with scheduling, document preparation, recordkeeping, and office coordination is preferred.
• Familiarity with business software, office equipment, and data entry systems is considered an asset.
• Individuals who demonstrate initiative, adaptability, and professionalism are well positioned for success as a Recruiter.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to remain seated or stand for extended periods while performing office tasks.
• Frequent use of computers, telephones, and other standard office equipment.
• Occasional lifting or moving of office supplies and materials up to 20 pounds.
• Ability to communicate effectively with coworkers, customers, and visitors.
