Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients, including individual interviews with family members, to identify presenting issues related to relationships, mental health, and overall family dynamics.

• Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of couples and families. This includes both joint and individual therapy sessions that address various issues.

• Facilitate therapeutic sessions focused on topics such as blended family challenges, communication difficulties, job-related stress, grief, and loss, as well as conflicts among family members.

• Provide guidance on topics including separation, divorce adjustments, and the impact of medical issues on family health.
\n
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques and interventions to promote healing and reconciliation among family members.
\n
• Document session notes and treatment progress in adherence to clinic policies while managing patient confidentiality.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a broad range of clients, including adults, children, and adolescents. The diverse backgrounds and experiences of our patient population necessitate an adaptable approach to therapy, with an emphasis on restoring family connections and improving overall mental health outcomes.

Qualifications\n

Qualified candidates must possess:

• A current and valid Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) state license.

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.

Preferred Experience\n

While a minimum of two years of experience in a clinical setting is required, we welcome applications from both newly licensed and seasoned professionals. Flexible availability to accommodate diverse client schedules is also preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n
