Key Responsibilities\n

In this position, you will be responsible for:

• Applying evidence-based mental health therapy techniques and interventions to treat diagnosed emotional and behavioral disorders in individuals and families.

• Conducting thorough mental health assessments and developing initial discharge plans tailored to each client.
\n
• Facilitating individual, group, or family therapy sessions as appropriate, in alignment with the personalized treatment plans.

• Creating initial treatment plans based on comprehensive assessments and coordinating any additional services required, making adjustments as necessary.

• Documenting all therapy services provided according to both facility and professional standards, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

• Maintaining a designated caseload and actively participating in treatment team meetings to foster a collaborative approach to client care.

• Addressing client needs promptly, acknowledging concerns, and working towards effective resolutions while prioritizing patient safety.

• Performing additional functions and tasks as assigned, contributing to overall team success and client satisfaction.

You will work with a diverse range of clients, including adolescents, adults, and families facing a variety of mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related Human Services field.

• Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a professional therapy provider, specifically holding one of the following: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) .

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range between USD 80,000 – 100,000 per year commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a comprehensive salary, our benefits package includes:
