Customer Service Advocate

Providing exceptional customer support in a remote full-time capacity, the Customer Service Advocate will manage inbound calls, Live Chat inquiries, and customer cases while collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve issues related to client setup, account management, and billing. Key responsibilities Effectively address calls and customer inquiries in the Service Center, maintaining accurate records of interactions Process new client registrations, service contracts, and customer agreements while ensuring compliance with HIPAA and confidentiality standards Provide technical support for the customer portal and proactively identify training opportunities for customers Required qualifications Associate's degree or equivalent experience required; Bachelor's degree highly preferred 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a similar role, preferably in healthcare or biotech Reliable access to a high-speed wired internet connection Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with Salesforce or CRM databases is a plus Ability to adhere to Standard Operating Procedures and effectively manage a high volume of inquiries
