Key Responsibilities Manage and direct all production operations during assigned shift. Ensure production targets are met in terms of volume, quality, and timeliness. Supervise, train, and motivate a team of production supervisors and operators. Implement and monitor adherence to safety protocols and environmental regulations. Troubleshoot operational problems and implement effective solutions to minimize downtime. Oversee the efficient use of raw materials, equipment, and labor. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless production flow. Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to team members. Maintain production records and generate shift reports. Drive initiatives for continuous improvement in productivity and efficiency. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in production management or supervision within a manufacturing setting. Proven experience in managing teams in a shift-based operational environment. Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and equipment. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills. Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles is advantageous. Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to shift work. Proficiency in production planning and control systems. A commitment to maintaining high standards of safety and quality.
