Technical Support Analyst

Conexess Group is aiding a large healthcare client in their search for a Technical Support Analyst. This is a long-term contract opportunity with a competitive compensation package. This is an onsite, nightshift position located in Fairfield, OH Shift Schedule: Monday - Thursday 2:30pm - 1:00am Responsibilities:

• On-site support for all executive and pharmacy support related needs.
• Installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of desktops, laptops, telephony, and other related technology devices.
• Research, test and evaluate new technology products.
• Develop proactive ways to avoid potential problems and automate maintenance tasks
• Contribute to company-wide technology projects.
• Maintain a high level of customer focus on all interactions.
• Provide timely, creative, and alternative solutions to meet business needs.
• Maintain detailed documentation on all issues handled.
• Probe and uncover customers' underlying issues.
• Provide rotational support coverage.
• Actively share knowledge and offer assistance to teammates.

Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Bachelor's degree or 2 or more years of job-related experience preferred.
• Aptitude and interest in learning new technologies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Capability to establish credibility quickly by following up and taking initiative.
• Lifting over 30 lbs.
• Climbing above 4 feet
