Transactional Corporate Counsel - Hotel Deals & Franchises

Hyatt Hotels Corporation seeks a Corporate Counsel to support North America transactional matters from our Chicago headquarters. You will work on hotel ownership, franchise, and management agreements while coordinating with internal teams and outside counsel.

The ideal candidate has 4–8+ years in transactional law, a JD, and US bar admission; hotel industry experience is a plus. Hybrid setup requires in-office presence three days per week in downtown Chicago.
