Provides support for daily routine of the staffing office, not requiring long term planning. Assists nursing leadership with selected non-clinical functions to assure safe operational effectiveness.

• Demonstrates commitment by being at workstation and ready to work at the start of the shift.
• Identifies solutions to complex issues in a logical and methodical manner.
• Participates in Performance Improvement activity.

What qualifications you will need:

• 6-months healthcare experience.
• Computer skills to include databases and/or scheduling programs.
• Must be able to prioritize work and duties well and must work well under stressful situations.
• Must demonstrate good communication and customer service skills with a variety of patients, physicians, and other healthcare providers both internal and external to the organization, both written and orally.
