Hotel Self Parking Lot Auditor - North Hunt Valley, MD (Baltimore area) Cockeysville, MD, USA Job Description Parking Management Company (PMC) is a national leader in hospitality‑focused parking services. PMC provides valet, self‑parking management, shuttle services, event parking, and porter/bell services across hotels, resorts, healthcare, and event venues. Position Summary The Lot Attendant / Lot Auditor helps ensure a smooth, safe, and organized parking experience for guests. Responsibilities include directing traffic, assisting customers, monitoring the lot, and keeping the area clean and secure. The ideal candidate is friendly, detail‑oriented, and comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions. Primary Objective Deliver outstanding customer service while maintaining a safe, clean, and efficient parking environment. This includes helping guests, enforcing parking policies, and supporting overall lot operations. Key Responsibilities - Ticketing & Payments Issue tickets, handle payments accurately, and track money and paperwork responsibly. Key Responsibilities - Reporting & Documentation Complete shift logs, track tickets and revenue, and document parking activity. Key Responsibilities - Administrative Support Label keys, record vehicle details, and maintain organized records of parked cars. Key Responsibilities - Security & Compliance Check the lot regularly, report unsafe or suspicious activity, and ensure vehicles are parked securely and according to policy. Key Responsibilities - Lot Maintenance Keep the parking area and booth clean and presentable; assist with light cleaning or janitorial tasks as needed. Key Responsibilities - Customer Service Help guests with payments and parking questions while maintaining a friendly, helpful attitude. Key Responsibilities - Teamwork & Communication Use radios appropriately, stay in contact with the team, and support a positive work environment. Key Responsibilities - Professionalism & Attendance Arrive on time, follow company policies, and consistently maintain a professional appearance and attitude. Key Responsibilities - Additional Duties Take on other tasks as needed to support operations, including attending training sessions and adapting to scheduling needs. Qualifications High school diploma or GED is required. Previous customer service experience is preferred, but a positive, helpful attitude is essential. Licenses & Background Requirements A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required. Candidates must maintain a clean motor vehicle record, with no more than three moving violations within the past three years. Physical Demands & Work Environment Must be able to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds for extended periods. Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions.
