Branch Manager, Traffic Control Solutions Location: Charlotte, NC Phoenix Spirit Group, LLC (PSG) is seeking a Branch Manager to lead operations, drive growth, and ensure top-quality traffic control services in Charlotte, NC and surrounding areas. This role combines leadership, operational oversight, and customer relationship management in a fast-paced, safety-focused environment. What You’ll Do Oversee branch operations, budgets, and performance. Lead and develop a team of traffic control apprentices, crew leads and trainers. Ensure compliance with traffic safety regulations and company standards. Build strong client relationships and resolve service issues. Identify new business opportunities and support sales initiatives. What We’re Looking For 4+ years in traffic services, construction, or a related field with at least 2+ years in leadership. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, training and experience in lieu of degree. Strong leadership, financial management, and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of traffic safety regulations and industry best practices preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related software. Why Join PSG?
