Responsibilities Assist the manager in ensuring the store operates at a high level. Take ownership while managing the location. Evaluate employee performance and help coach to improve. Make sure customers receive the ultimate experience. Learn and maintain up-to-date product knowledge. Keep the store clean, neat, and organized. Qualifications 18+ years old. Open availability during the weekends. Previous experience in retail, customer service, or related fields. Dynamic and outgoing individual with leadership skills. Driven and self‑motivated. Experience selling athletic shoes (a plus). Experience working with a growing company. Experience Required 4 years in customer service (preferred). 1 year in management. 3 years as a cashier.
