Minimum requirements:

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in the Commonwealth of Virginia
• Prior experience in a Memory Support and/or Assisted Living community preferred
• Understanding of geriatric care, the aging process, and strong communication skills
• A passion for excellent customer service and genuine compassion for others
• Must be willing to obtain (CDP) Certified Dementia Practitioner

Our CNA team provides care and support to our family of residents. We offer flexible scheduling options, giving you more time for the things that matter most to you.
