Key Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong relationships with all clients, including multinational customers and key accounts.
• Build and manage a strong network of carriers.
• Negotiate fair rates with carriers to ensure on-time pickup and delivery according to customer expectations.
• Collaborate with internal departments and external contacts to communicate effectively and meet service goals.
• Handle customer inquiries and issues with professionalism, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
• Prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities, keeping customers' needs at the forefront.
• Utilize Microsoft Word and Excel to organize and track client information, correspondence, and relevant data.
• Continuously learn and build industry-related skills to stay up-to-date with current trends and best practices.

• Exceptional customer service skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated with excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Earning Potential:
• Commission/Draw (uncapped) – Earn 50% gross profit based on profit margins. First-year sellers average $7K-$10K in commission per month, Second-year sellers earn $20K-$40K per month and top sellers are taking home $70K+ per month .
• Payment Schedule : Bi-weekly payroll.
• Average Monthly Pay: $5-10K
