Associate Director, Patient Support Experience & Engagement Lead - US Marketing Immunology

Associate Director role leading patient support program strategy and experience design for Merck's Immunology portfolio in the US market. Responsible for end-to-end content, messaging, branding, and healthcare provider portal oversight, working across cross-functional teams to ensure consistent, compliant patient and provider engagement.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end PSP content strategy, messaging, branding across patient and provider touchpoints for Immunology portfolio
• Lead development and evolution of PSP materials including branding, messaging, digital content, and approved communications
• Partner with cross-functional teams including Legal, Medical, Compliance, and agencies on content strategy and approval
• Drive healthcare provider portal strategy including scope, design requirements, and feature prioritization aligned with PSP goals
• Support field readiness and launch activities; use feedback and performance data to recommend ongoing enhancements

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; MBA, MPH, PharmD, or relevant advanced degree preferred
• 7+ years pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or healthcare industry experience in marketing or patient support
• Experience with patient support programs, content development, digital experience, or omnichannel marketing
• Demonstrated ability to translate patient and operational insights into strategic requirements
• Strong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management in matrixed environments
• Strategic thinking balancing patient experience, business objectives, compliance, and operational feasibility
