Senior Financial Systems Analyst

Johnson & Johnson seeks a Senior Financial Systems Analyst to support the SAP Beacon ERP Finance System within the R&D division. The role coordinates global financial close activities, manages master data and system security, and bridges Finance and IT to deliver system improvements and transformational initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate global quarterly and annual financial closing processes with Finance and IT teams in SAP
- Lead R&D organizational changes in SAP, identifying requirements for financial reporting hierarchies and structures
- Own data interface integrity, reconciliations, and SOX compliance controls
- Oversee Beacon system security and master data governance in collaboration with IT and Finance stakeholders
- Act as primary liaison between Finance and Beacon IT Center of Excellence for change requests and incident resolution
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related technical field
- Minimum 3 years of finance experience with demonstrated interest in finance technology or ERP systems
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive process improvements in dynamic environments
- Experience with SAP modules FI, CO, PS preferred
