Human Resources Analyst

Our client is a well-established, global organization seeking an HR Analyst to join its Human Resources team. This newly created role will provide analytical, systems, and operational support across the HR function, with particular exposure to Total Rewards, HRIS, workforce analytics, reporting, and broader HR initiatives . Reporting to the Director of Total Rewards , the HR Analyst will serve as a key analytical resource to HR leadership and cross-functional HR partners. The ideal candidate enjoys working with data but also understands the broader HR context behind the numbers and can translate complex information into clear, actionable insights. What You’ll Do Develop and maintain HR reports, dashboards, metrics, and workforce analytics to support business and HR decision-making. Analyze trends across areas such as headcount, turnover, compensation, benefits, and other workforce data. Support compensation and Total Rewards initiatives , including data analysis, benchmarking, reporting, and annual processes. Partner with HR colleagues on benefits-related reporting, data analysis, audits, reconciliations, and program support . Support HRIS reporting and data integrity, identifying discrepancies and opportunities to improve processes and reporting. Respond to ad hoc reporting and analytical requests from HR leadership and business partners. Help translate HR data into meaningful insights, trends, and recommendations for stakeholders. Support the development and improvement of HR processes, reporting tools, dashboards, and documentation. Identify opportunities to leverage technology, automation, and AI to improve HR efficiency and capabilities. Participate in cross-functional HR projects and broader organizational initiatives. What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, Analytics, or a related field. Experience working within HR, HR analytics, Total Rewards, HRIS, compensation, benefits, or a related analytical function. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify meaningful trends. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience working with HR systems and reporting tools. Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy. Ability to communicate analytical findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Curiosity and a continuous-improvement mindset, particularly around HR technology, automation, and AI. Ability to work collaboratively across different areas of HR while also operating independently. Why Consider This Opportunity?
