Family Nurse Practitioner Des Moines, Iowa
Seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner to deliver patient-centered primary care services in Des Moines, IA. This position is perfect for an experienced provider eager to contribute to a mission-driven practice with strong community ties.
Your responsibilities:
- Conduct full-scope primary care evaluations and treatments
- Manage chronic and acute conditions across age groups
- Prescribe medications and develop personalized treatment plans
- Promote wellness and educate patients on prevention strategies
- Collaborate with care teams to enhance care quality and access
Your qualifications:
- MSN or DNP with current Iowa licensure as an NP
- National certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-BC or FNP-C)
- Excellent clinical judgment and communication skills
- Experience in family practice, internal medicine, or community health preferred
