Senior Investigator

Seeking a Senior Investigator to conduct remote compliance investigations into healthcare providers, this full-time position will manage research, analysis, and reporting on regulatory adherence while mentoring junior staff and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Key responsibilities Conducts and oversees comprehensive investigations into potential violations of contractual obligations and regulatory requirements Drafts and reviews detailed investigative reports and findings documents for internal and client use Identifies and implements process improvements to enhance team efficiency and project performance Required qualifications U.S. Citizen or authorized to work in the United States, eligible for a Public Trust clearance Bachelor's degree in public policy, public health, health administration, business, or a related field Minimum of four years post-education work experience in a corporate environment; a Master's degree may substitute for two years of experience Working knowledge of compliance laws, regulations, and healthcare industry practices Detail-oriented with strong writing skills and a self-directed, deadline-driven approach
