• Có kinh nghiệm quản lý nhà máy sản xuất (ưu tiên môi trường MNC)
• Không ưu tiên ứng viên từ nhà máy Đài Loan hoặc nội địa
• Tư duy linh hoạt, cởi mở, dễ thích nghi
• Background: Mechanical / Industrial / Mechatronics hoặc liên quan
• Ưu tiên ứng viên có kinh nghiệm trong ngành nhựa
• Range hiện tại: 70 – 80 tr gross (ứng viên được offer vị trí tương đương trước đó khoảng 72tr gross)

Job Responsibilities

· Lead day-to-day shop-floor operations in a continuous, three-shift manufacturing environment.

· Direct production teams through Production Supervisors, Line Leaders, and Operators to maintain disciplined execution across assigned lines.

· Balance production lines, respond decisively to operational disruptions, and control variable production costs within the operating scope.

· Track and manage plant performance using actual operating data, including OEE, first-pass yield, scrap rate, and on-time delivery.

Job Requirements

· Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Polymer Engineering, Textile Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related discipline; candidates with a college qualification and extensive relevant experience may also be considered.

· Minimum of 7 years of manufacturing experience, including at least 2 years at Production Supervisor, Production Manager, or equivalent level.

· Proven experience directly leading at least 100 shop-floor employees.

· Background in continuous, three-shift manufacturing such as synthetic fiber, rope, woven PP packaging, plastic extrusion, textiles, paper, or chemicals.

· Hands-on capability in daily shop-floor operations, line balancing, production troubleshooting, and variable-cost control.

· Demonstrated ability to manage production performance through OEE, first-pass yield, scrap rate, on-time delivery, and other actual plant metrics.

· Native Vietnamese and English sufficient to read technical documentation and write work-related emails; proficiency in Office 365 and basic ERP usage.

· Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and ISO 9001 certification are preferred.

· Experience participating in factory-system standardization or production-scale expansion is preferred.

· Direct experience with extrusion, fiber drawing, twisting or rope-making, winding, or related continuous-process equipment is preferred.

· Root Cause Analysis, 5-Why, A3, and hands-on implementation of 5S or Kaizen are preferred.

· Experience with SAP HANA production modules, Power BI, or MES is preferred.
